Recently refurbished to a very high standard, 7 Bayview sits within Vernon Court and boasts a light-filled, bright and airy interior as well as an exceptional position above Abbey Sands, and with far reaching views on display from nearly every room, you’ll feel truly relaxed from the moment you set foot inside.

Awash with stylish furnishings and contemporary features, this two-bedroom apartment has a master en-suite and a family bathroom, an open plan living / dining / kitchen area which opens out to the balcony, and a small, private-use terrace with furniture and sea views. Whip up family feasts together or put your feet up and simply enjoy the view, and if you fancy popping down to Torquay for a wander around the shops or a day on the beach, the palm-tree lined seafront is just a short walk down Rock Walk which lies alongside the building.

Tastefully styled and very well-equipped guests can expect to find plush décor and sumptuous beds, modern bathrooms with good quality fixtures, and a high spec kitchen with built-in appliances and a wine cooler. Both bedrooms open out on to a sea-facing balcony, so if you like to enjoy your morning coffee with a view, this is the perfect spot.
