Lying just 8 miles from Padstow and the beautiful sandy beaches of Cornwall’s iconic North coast, this very spacious accommodation with its stunning interior flaunts high quality furnishings and a range of at-home amenities.

A superb combination of luxury and comfort, the home-owner’s love of interior design is showcased throughout, with striking fabrics and one-off pieces of art creating a wonderful retreat. There are areas for everyone to converge together as a family, and places to steal away to when an hour or two of calm is needed. Two light and airy open-plan living spaces are perfect for unwinding, and four sumptuous bedrooms, all with TV’s and flexible bed configurations offer flexible sleeping to suit most groups.

Designed for all seasons, the downstairs living room features a wood-burning stove for cooler weather, with sliding doors opening to a wide, enclosed deck with a hot tub, outdoor dining, and barbecue table for when the weather's warm.

Upstairs, a second sitting area with its vaulted ceiling has extensive views from a huge A-frame window. and a long balcony offers guests a terrific vantage point over the lakes and surrounding hills. This floor also has a play area which is packed with activities and games including a climbing frame and dressing up box, doll’s house and many boxes of quality toys. The lodge has one cot and two highchairs as well as baby gates top and bottom of the stairs. The large outside playhouse is equipped with a play kitchen and little gallery area so children can recreate their very own miniature holiday home.

With a wealth of outdoor on-site facilities which include a year-round indoor pool, gym, playgrounds, fishing, and tennis; both young and old have plenty to keep them entertained and active during their stay.

Older children and adults, can brush up on their surfing skills with a turn (or two) on the Flow Rider surf simulator, while other water-based sports like wakeboarding, paddle boarding, and an inflatable aqua-park offer hours of fresh-air activity and fun. Grown-ups can indulge in a rejuvenating treatment at the on-site spa, and the restaurant for sit down meals and a takeaway service means there’s no need for guests to cook more than they wish to.

For days out with the whole family the surrounding area has many stunning beaches to explore which include Constantine, Harlyn Bay and Newquay, along with delightful Cornish villages and vibrant towns, all within a short drive from the lodge. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are approx. 30 mins drive.
