If you’re on the lookout for the perfect pad for your next Newquay holiday, 53 Zinc nails the brief. An airy open-plan entertainment space with a lounge / diner, and fully fitted kitchen all leading out to a sea view balcony, as well as three terrific bedrooms each with their own features. There’s the en-suite master bedroom with its balcony and views over the golf course, and a twin, also with its own balcony. The children’s bunk room with sea views has a workspace with desk and chair, which is ideal for anyone who still needs to catch up on their emails.

Above the dining area there’s a mezzanine level which creates a cool hangout for older children (12+). Parents are advised to supervise children when using the stairs and space
