The perfect place for families to enjoy magical holidays on Devon’s south coast, it’s just a stroll from the area’s beaches, restaurants and walking routes, and has all the space and comfort you could ask for.

With a superb layout and gorgeous interior design, Mayflower occupies most of the building’s ground floor and is the largest of the Maritime Suites. It has its own front entrance and has been refurbished to an impeccable standard. The property boasts a plush master bedroom and large living area with sofa bed and TV.

With a superb layout and gorgeous interior design, Mayflower occupies most of the building’s ground floor and is the largest of the Maritime Suites. It has its own front entrance and has been refurbished to an impeccable standard. The property boasts a plush master bedroom and large living area with sofa bed and TV. There’s also a dining area where meals can be enjoyed together, so for guests looking for a luxury holiday property where they can relax and unwind after glorious days spent exploring on the coast, it doesn’t get much better.

As with all the other suites within the collection, Mayflower’s fittings and features are top notch. The bathroom is positively palatial and includes a spacious walk-in shower, his and hers basins and demisting mirror. To the front of the apartment behind half-height plantation shutters, a gorgeous light-filled room offers guests a kitchen area. Though there isn’t a cooker, it’s equipped with an air-fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and pod coffee machine so you can still whip up anything from continental breakfasts to tapas-style lunches and dinners.

Within metres of the harbour and seafront, The Maritime Suites really couldn’t be better positioned. All of Brixham’s fantastic eateries and independent shops lie within a short stroll of its front door, while beaches like Breakwater, Fishcombe Cove, Churston Cove and Broadsands are also within very easy reach. Nearby, the River Dart meanders between Kingswear and Dartmouth, offering stunning coastal walks and incredibly beautiful river views. Gateway to the South Hams, its pretty villages and wild beaches offer plenty to do while staying in the area including water sports, sailing, cycling and wild swimming.
