On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting lounge with a large, comfy L-shaped sofa and a traditional wood burner. Elegantly furnished and thoughtfully laid out, this room is a relaxing space to return to after a day exploring the coast or countryside. The dining area, situated on the ground floor alongside the kitchen, has windows overlooking the front of the cottage and is open with the living room - a lovely spot for sharing meals and playing boardgames.

The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, and there’s a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor’s two gorgeous bedrooms are accessed from the landing, along with a family bathroom with a bath and a shower attachment.

A holiday home for all seasons, the outside terrace is furnished with a dining set for enjoying meals or drinks in the sunshine, and there’s a raised area with a bench, where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery, as well as a view of St Michael’s Mount in the distance.

Ludgvan is a wonderful base for discovering this beautiful part of West Cornwall. The welcoming White Hart pub is just a short walk from the cottage and serves food in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, making it easy to settle into village life during your stay.
Within easy reach of Marazion’s fabulous sandy beach, there’s plenty to enjoy during your stay. Tremenheere Sculpture Garden is a 5-minute drive, while Polgoon Vineyard is 10 minutes. The coastal towns of Mounts Bay, including Penzance and Newlyn, are just 15 minutes away, and the charming village of Mousehole and its attractive harbour is a 20-minute drive. St Ives and Carbis Bay are about 15 minutes away, with Hayle Beach and Towans less than 20 minutes away.
