Within easy reach of St. Michaels Mount and just a few miles away from the market town of Penzance it provides a wonderful base from which to explore the coastline and attractions of west Cornwall.

Elegantly furnished and thoughtfully equipped, the cottage offers two spacious upstairs bedrooms (one with a king size and one with twins) to provide sumptuous sleeping for four guests. The cottage’s private garden is secluded and enclosed with a lush appearance derived from its array of established plants; and has a picnic bench that makes for a relaxing place to enjoy a morning coffee, evening drinks or outdoor dining.

Generously proportioned and open plan in layout, the ground floor incorporates a tasteful sitting room complete with traditional cast iron log burner, a roomy L-shaped sofa, a beanbag and a Smart TV. The dining area with its handmade hardwood table, chairs and bench seat is the perfect place for sharing meals, while the kitchen, which comes fully stocked with a range of cookware, utensils and appliances, makes whipping up home cooked creations a breeze.

**Please be aware that although the garden is enclosed, the back fence is made from wire mesh that has been chosen to extend the views out over the fields and springtime flowers behind the property. Dogs will therefore need to be supervised when outside.
