The downstairs snug doubles as a children’s playroom so for those travelling with youngsters in tow, this is a terrific space for them to hang out.

Arranged over two floors with the lounge / dining area and kitchen upstairs and three of the four bedrooms on the ground floor, guests can relax and socialise in style and complete comfort. Two terraces, including a wraparound deck on the ground floor and a balcony upstairs, create wonderful places to enjoy unwinding in the sunshine, fresh air dining or simply spending time together with views over the extensive shared grounds, 9-hole golf course and down towards the bay.

St. Ives is an award-winning destination and it’s easy to see why. With its cobbled Downalong; independent shops, famous Tate art gallery, and fabulous restaurant scene there’s plenty to keep visitors of all ages entertained during their stay. The ace up its sleeve however is the abundance of sandy beaches on its doorstep, the most popular of which being Porthmeor, Porthminster and of course, the harbour where you can swim, sunbathe, SUP, surf and kayak to your heart’s content.
