The pretty village of Snitterfield enjoys a peaceful setting amidst the rolling Warwickshire countryside just 3 miles north of Stratford-upon-Avon. Formerly the home of Richard Shakespeare, grandfather to William and Dorothy, this delightful farming village consists of quaint, Tudor cottages, traditional pubs and a charming parish church. The medieval castle at Warwick is within easy driving distance and nearby Stratford-upon-Avon boasts many attractions including Shakespeare's house, Anne Hathaway's cottage and many famous theatres and monuments. The National Trust property Charlecote House with its beautiful deer park and gardens, famous for its royal occupant Elizabeth I, is also located nearby and epitomises the true essence of Tudor England and this stunning rural setting, whilst the Cotwolds are just a 20 minute drive away.

SNITTERFIELD FRUIT FARM
Two recently renovated, 300 year old, semi detached barn conversions, set in the grounds of a working fruit farm in the village of Snitterfield, 3 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. Beautifully converted, these properties offer warm and rustic accommodation to a very high standard. Exposed oak beams, original exposed brickwork, oak flooring and modern furnishings can be found in both properties. The larger of the two, The Stables, also benefits from a wet room with roll top bath, and a dining table big enough to accommodate up to 8 people, ideal when booking both properties together. Guests will enjoy the welcome hamper of homegrown produce, and the selection of toiletries found in each cottage. There is a farm shop on site selling cheese, meat and fresh fruit and veg etc, while the village amenities of Snitterfield are just a short walk away, with the larger towns of Stratford and Warwick within easy reach. An ideal location for a country break with a touch of luxury!

Ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC, with small range of complementary toiletries. Open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area with exposed beams and sitting area with log-effect electric fire.

Gas-fired central heating throughout. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, 3 x colour TVs all with Freeview, DVD player, radio, stereo/CD player, library of books/games/DVDs etc. Washing machine and tumble dryer available on site on request (no charge). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking (at side of property) for 3 cars. Shared front garden with patio and lawned area, fruit trees and garden furniture. BBQ available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop on site or 0.75 miles, two pubs 1 mile. Note: There are 6 fishing reservoirs situated in the owners grounds available for fishing at a charge of £6 per day. Children must be supervised.
